Quamby Rodeo has been a must-see event on the North Queensland calendar, bringing the community together for a weekend of thrills, spills, and good old-fashioned fun. From bronc riding and bull riding to barrel racing and live music under the stars, it’s a full throttle celebration of country life, where the dust flies high and the good times roll even higher.

Camping & Facilities

No powered sites, but there are hot showers and toilets available throughout the grounds.

Payments & Eftpos

There is Eftpos available over the weekend, however the internet can be spotty, so it is handy to bring some cash just in case! 

Dogs & animals

Dogs are allowed on the grounds, as long as they are kept on a leash or caged at all times.

Competitors/Tickets

$15.00 Gate entry fee and Under 15 years Free. This includes camping all weekend.  

Tickets sold from Friday lunchtime when gates open paid by cash or eftpos. 

Competitors must have a wrist band to ride in events (please see rodeo secretary office).

No Wrist band, No Ride.

Nominations

All Rodeo nominations are done via this website, with a valid Weekend Membership. Please purchase your relevant Weekend Memberhsip to gain access to either Open or Junior events.
